Here are written all periods of formation of Medical education and post-graduate studies, as well as all places of work. Today, this is one of the best researchers in the company that provides written medical services. If you have a lot of questions, write to us by mail and choose the subject of the letter accordingly, because currently most of the messages on my mail are related to write my discussion post requests on https://order-essays.com/write-my-discussion-post/ for students.

5. Taking lecture series for Third Year Medical Students Students at the LT M G Medical College, Mumbai.
Special interest in myocardial protection, Preoperative preparation to minimize ill effects of cardiopulmonary bypass. Projects implimented.
1. Started the use of adenosine in cardioplegia in may 1997 at Sir J.J. Hospital Presented an Award winning paper at Jaipur conference in 1998.
2. Started the use of Allopurinol in preoperative preparation of C.A.B.G. and demonstrated decreased incidence of periop M.I, with additional advantage of renal and neuroprotection.
3. Started the use of Magnesium Sulphate and demonstrated its efficacy in decreasing fatal arrhythymias in multivalvular as well as dilated cardiomyopathies
4. Implemented the technique of preserving total subvalvar apparatus in mitral valve replacement by modified Davids technique which helped in decreasing the immediate mortality to zero percent in M.V.R in severe mitral regurgitation in 1999.
5. Studied the safety of C.P.D. A. as an additive to cardioplegia in patients with low ejection fraction and in hypertrophied left ventricle secondary to long standing aortic stenosis.
6. Started study on warm induction and terminal hot shot on C.P.B.
7. Implemented warm heart surgery in adult cardiac surgery with good results.
8. Implemented warm heart surgery in non complex congenital cardiac surgery .
9. Antegrade arrest and retrograde maintenance in multivalvar replacement, and in A.V.R. with C.A.B.G.( delayed study to see incidence of osteal stenosis),with optimal myocardial protection.
10. Started the use of Magnesium Sulphate in Off- Pump C.A.B.G. and demonstrated that the intraoperative stability was associated with total revascularization with near normal C-pk Mb in post operative period as compaired to control group.
11. Started the study of N- actyl Cystine in Off- Pump C.A.B.G. to study renoprotection and demonstrated near normal Creatinine levels in eleven patients studied so far. The study is still ongoing results will be published after accumulating significant data.
12. Currently working on peadiatric cardiopulmonary bypass in V.S.D. with severe pulmonary hypertension., And Efficacy of phenoxybenzamine in decreasing morbidity and mortality.
13. Study in perioperative management of paediatric critical cases ,eg ( infusion of low dose Lasix one mg /kg as an infusion rather than as a bolus dose to have sustained and safe clinical physiological effect.
14. Studying on requirement of antifungal agents as an adjuvant in management of chronic non healing mediastinal wounds.
15. Aiming to achieve zero percent mortality in planed cardiac surgery
