This department is recognized as Nodal centre for involvement of medical college for Revised National Tuberculosis Control Programme by Central TB Division, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India & the Head of the Department is a member of National Task Force & Chairman of Zonal Task Force [West Zone] for the same.
